Healing Vortex Meditation

Introduction

I shared a meditation with the my group back in 2012 and it was a big hit. So, I thought I would also share it with those of you who could not be with us in Indianapolis.

The Healing Vortex Meditation offers you a unique pathway to rejuvenate your spirit, cleanse your energies, and restore a sense of balance. Step into this guided meditation to explore the healing power of a vortex, a force of transformation that clears away negativity and ushers in healing energies.

The Meditation

Begin by locating a tranquil space where you can find solace and stillness. As you settle in, turn your attention to your breath. Notice your breaths as you breathe in and out. Inhale and exhale gently, allowing each breath to draw you further into a state of relaxation. Gradually, the distractions of the world fade into the background, leaving you attuned to the rhythm of your breath and the tranquility that envelops you.

Close your eyes and take away the visual distractions around you. With each breath, feel your muscles unwinding, releasing tension, and surrendering to a state of profound calmness. To deepen your relaxation, count backward from ten, allowing each count to ease you into a state of complete relaxation.

Once you are completely relaxed and you are no longer aware of your breath or anything around you, visualize a vortex within the space around you. Choose a location away from others, perhaps at the center of the room, where the vortex can operate freely. Picture the vortex as a swirling column resembling a tornado, with its upper reaches drawing in unwanted energy, thoughts, emotions, and even ailments.

This vortex serves as a conduit, drawing these unwanted elements into its grasp and guiding them downward. Witness as the vortex channels these unwanted energies downward, grounding them into the Earth below. Here, Mother Earth transforms these negative forces, transmuting them into positive energy that can be reintegrated into the cycle of life.

Feel the unfavorable vibrations leaving your body and being sucked into the vortex. Visualize the vortex pulling from closets, corners, and hidden spaces, extracting any trapped negative energies that might have accumulated.

Should you sense the presence of harmful entities, visualize them being irresistibly drawn into the vortex’s pull. Tell them to go. With your intention and the vortex’s power combined, you command these entities to leave. You are of the light and they will not fight the vortex. Their reluctance fades, and they yield to the vortex’s force.

As the meditation progresses, picture the vortex collapsing upon itself, its energies merging with the Earth’s receptive embrace. Everything inside is held within its grasp as it dissipates, ensuring that no residue remains. All things undesirable have left your body, your property, your area, and your building. All things adverse have gone through the vortex and into mother earth only to return to you after they have been transformed into something positive by the earth.

Gradually transition back to the present moment. Feel the return of mobility to your muscles, and notice the gentle rhythm of your breath. When you’re ready, open your eyes, and observe the space around you suffused with positive energy. This energy, cleansed and revitalized, envelops you, filling you with a sense of profound well-being. You feel just as good as you ever have
