Body Scan Meditation

Preparation

Prepare yourself for meditation. Gather any tools that aid in mediation such a mala bracelet or mediation mat. Find a comfortable place. Get into a mediation position that works for you.

Guided Meditation

You are walking down a long corridor. The walls are stainless steel. The hall seems to go on for quite a long ways. Every eight feet is a little support around the left, right, and top of the hallway. There is also a threshold at those intervals. You pass four of these thresholds before entering a large stainless steel room.

In the center of the room, there is a large metal detector looking scanner. Only this is state of the art technology that automatically performs Spiritual Healing. You approach the scanner. It has an area for you to stand marked with a box.

You step into the scanner’s box. As you stand there, a plain of white light comes down from the top. As it passes your head, you feel all negative thoughts getting trapped below the plain of white light. Positive healthy energies that continue to serve you are left behind. But, the negative energies are pulled out and pushed down as the plain of white light goes down your body. You feel negative emotions clear as it passes your chest. You feel better with each inch the plain of white light travels toward the floor.

When the plain of white light reaches the floor, it turns to a red light and comes back up. As it passes your legs and comes up to your root chakra, you feel it balance your root chakra. It continues to come up and changes to orange as it balances your sacral chakra. It continues to come up and changes to yellow as it balances your solar plexus. It advances to your heart chakra as it changes to green. It maintains it’s steady rise up your body. It changes to blue as it balances your throat chakra. It goes on to your third eye as it changes it indigo. It continues to come up and changes to violet as it balances your crown chakra. It finishes with a ding.

To end the meditation, walk back down the corridor and exit the facility.
